NO KINGS Indivisible El Dorado County
June 14, 2025
9:30am – 12pm
Various Locations
In America, we don’t put up with wanna-be kings!
NO KINGS is a national day of action and mass mobilization in response to increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption from Trump and his allies. We’ve watched as they’ve cracked down on free speech, detained people for their political views, threatened to deport American citizens, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies.
On Saturday, June 14, Americans are taking to the streets nationwide.
In El Dorado County, CA, were rising up (literally) in a coordinated, multi-location, mass demonstration

CD 3 - KILEY - Save Mercy Hospital from Medicaid Cuts!
May 13, 2025
11:30am – 1pm
Mercy Hospital, 1650 Creekside Dr, Folsom, CA 95630
The Republican led Congress is proposing to make devastating cuts to healthcare programs which could impact 15 million Californians, including children and people with disabilities! And they're making the cuts to give huge tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires.
Many hospitals around the state could lose major funding. Mercy Hospital could lose millions of dollars. The proposed cuts would mean devastating cutbacks in services and longer wait times - even for people who have private insurance.
To stop the cuts and save lives we need to get a handful of Republican Congressmembers to vote NO on the proposed healthcare cuts. We'll be rallying to save Mercy Hospital in Folsom on Tuesday, May 13th at 11:30 AM with doctors, nurses, other healthcare providers and community supporters to call on Congressman Kevin Kiley to vote NO on any cuts to Medicaid!
